  8. environment. This allows numerous application modules to be combined or used
  9. as separate applications. It includes a complete accounting system.

  12. appointment scheduling module which has been customized to also be a Help
  13. Desk, and combination facilities management/resource management tool which
  14. tracks cables, wires, ports, equipment, and people attached to one or several
  15. networks. The Help Desk portion uses the information about the network items
  16. to help manage trouble calls.
